This unique Country Cabin is located on a working horse farm. It's spacious, but still tiny! The extra large covered back porch overlooks a forest of pine & hardwood trees, where you just have to go for a walk in the cool shade. It is very quiet & peaceful, but you may hear a hungry donkey braying in the morning! While located on a farm, downtown Newton is 10 minutes away. Hickory is a short 10-15 minute drive. Highway 321 is 1 mile away. The space A long semi-private driveway takes you to this adorable tiny cabin. For maximum comfort, it has central heat & air (dual mini-splits). The bedroom has a queen bed, and a wall mounted tv. Sliding glass doors lead from the bedroom to the covered back porch. The bathroom has a full sized-shower. The generous kitchen is set up with a full-sized refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee pot & toaster. The tiny cabin is one of 2 tiny homes on the farm. A 3rd really tiny, tiny home is the on-site laundry room, that is shared by both homes. Guest access You are welcome to walk the trails in the woods, or hang out at any areas around the tiny house. Please be respectful of the guest(s) in the adjacent tiny home. For safety reasons, do NOT enter any fenced pastures or barns. DO NOT feed the horses or donkeys. Other things to note Note that you may see riders on horseback on the wooded trails. Because of it's country setting, this will not be a good fit for you if need sidewalks and street lights, or if you have animal/bug/insect or spider phobias.
